Ride or Stride for Bleeding Disorders
Mark your calendar for our annual bike ride and walk-a-thon on October 1, 2011. The bike ride is a 25K, 50K or 50-mile loop through the Virginia countryside on the Washington and Old Dominion Railroad Regional Park. Walkers can participate in a 5K or 10K race at Nottoway Park in Vienna. For more details and a copy of the brochure, please look under the “Chapter Activities” header.
